We engaged Ms Joy for a 3 days transportation service from 19th to 21st Nov 2023 covering East, West and south of Jeju for each of the three days by means of a 6 seater mini-van which was clean, comfortable and spacious for my family of three. Pick up was from our hotel.ย
We send her a broad proposed program for the trip beforehand and she was able to provide recommendations for dinners and lunches during our trip.
Ms Joy speaks Chinese well, friendly and is very professional. She arrives on time to pick us up and accompanies us to purchase the tickets for the destinations. We communicated via WhatsApp as we went through the places of interests on our own. She will be right there waiting for us once we are out.ย
My wife and daughter are comfortable with her. I appreciate the convenience and flexibility which Ms Joyโs services offer. I would say that she exceeds my expectations.ย
