You can cancel up to 48days in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48days before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 48days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

• Standard size for luggage is 24-inch

• Luggage size 28-inch and above is considered as 1 passenger

• Two luggages size 20-inch/24-inch is considered as 1 passenger

• Baby stroller is considered as a 28-inch luggage (1 passenger), please remarks if you are bringing along with baby stroller

• If number of luggages is not same as stated resulting in need of changing types of vehicles, there will be extra charge for the driver

• Please specify the exact quantity and size of your luggages, the company will not be held responsible if the scheduled vehicle is unable to accommodate all luggages due to failure to fill out details upon booking

• To ensure a comfortable travel experience, please choose larger vehicle types if you have additional or large luggages
